Highlights that I thought were interesting:
- Why do people turn to culinary careers in economic downturns?: Answer: People doing it as a second or fall back career and there is will always be a need for a Chef.
- Job Categories explained: cooking, pastry and baking, catering and events, wine and beverages, retail and sales, food artisans, media and marketing, and nutrition and nonprofit
It is very interesting and enjoyable art. I am also a student of culinary art and love to enjoy reading and learning from anywhere. Thanks
