Question: I am a student completing my bachelor of busienss administration from Bangladesh with major in Finance and Accounting. I want to study abroad. A New Zealand college has offered me a place on Diploma in Business (Finance and Accounting). On the other hand, a placement has been offered to me at a University in London for Msc.Finance. The course CFA syllebus oriented. I wanted to study in England but my friends discourage me to go there because I cant support my living cost through odd jobs there. If I go to Auckland, there is a chance of work as well and higher wages per hour than London. I am confused. Where should I go?Diploma in Business (Level 7) in Auckland ? Or Msc.Finance in a medium class university in London? Help me please. Its urgent and time is very short .
Answer:
Choosing a University for your graduate degree is very difficult. Especially one so far from your home. How well rated is the University in London? If you've been offered a slot at the London Business School, it is the best in the World. How well rated is the University in Auckland? If you are referring to the University of Auckland, it is the best in New Zealand. Will you have more job opportunities upon graduating from the London or Auckland University? Have you asked the English University for help in finding employment to support yourself? I know that some American University's will provide those services. Have you contacted your Admission's Representative to let them know about your problem? I'm sure that they can work something out.
If you have been offered the London Business School, I think you should go there. If you can find a way to support yourself.
